It started with a simple message from Caitlin giving a challenge to John.

“Hit me with a good pickup line.”

Caitlin was the risky one that wanted to take John paddle-boarding, but John was the safe one saying, “Eh, don’t wanna be murdered. Can we meet at Fort Vancouver first?”

Covid was rampant, but after a history lesson by Caitlin, they sat by the gazebo and witnessed a marriage. It wasn’t theirs and they weren’t hallucinating. A literal marriage in a pandemic. Was it foreshadowing to 2026? John would say no, but Caitlin would say 10000000000% yes.
